At the end of application you will be asked to invite co applicant via email to begin the process if applicable.
Checklist
1. Copy of US Government Issued ID, if international provide a copy of Passport in a uploadable file
2. Copy of Vehicle Registration and Proof of Insurance.
3. Copy of Lease Agreement.
4. Current Proof of Income and Proof of Funds for Purchase, 2 paystubs/Bank Statement/most recent income tax statement.
5. Application fees in the amount of $150.00 per person 18+, if married application fee is $150.00 (marriage certificate needed) credit card payment will be required to complete application.
6. Email address for all applicants required (co-applicants will receive an invitation once primary applicant applies)

For Rental Only: $1000 Common Area Deposit. Refundable after end of lease provided there are no issues. Please drop off at local management office.
If any applicants are currently serving in the armed forces, please state so on your application. Federal Law requires a response with seven (7) days after your application has been received
DO NOT START application until you have all files 6 MB or less to upload when requested.
