Checklist

1. Copy of US Government Issued ID, if international provide a copy of Passport in a uploadable file

2. Copy of Vehicle Registration and Proof of Insurance.

3. Copy of Sales Contract or Lease Agreement. Sales Contract must state Proof of 1 year's worth of HOA/Maintenance Fee for Escrow ( For Purchase App. Only).

4. Current Proof of Income and Proof of Funds for Purchase, 2 paystubs, 2 Bank Statement, AND 2 most recent income tax statement or W2's.

5. Application fees in the amount of $150.00 per person 18+, if married application fee is $150.00 (marriage certificate needed) credit card payment will be required to complete application.

6. Email address for all applicants required (co-applicants will receive an invitation once primary applicant applies)

Maintenance Escrow Agreement to be signed by prospective buyers and check presented to Phoenix management PRIOR to the Board Interview. Phoenix should initial the amount received on the form.

If any applicants are currently serving in the armed forces, please state so on your application. Federal Law requires a response with seven (7) days after your application has been received
